2020
In June 2020, Damon Group was successfully listed on SSE STAR Market, becoming the first stock in the logistics equipment industry. In the same year, Damon set up an office in India to expand overseas market.

In 2019, Damon and Branka Vucetic, academician of the Australian Academy of Science, signed an agreement for expert workstation cooperation.

In 2017, Damon Logistics Innovation Academy was established, and the inauguration ceremony of the innovation center was held in Huzhou.

In 2016, Damon underwent business transformation into intelligent logistics, and launched the slogan "Smart logistics, Smart machines".

In 2015, Damon's manufacturing base in Romania was established, marking Damon's entry into the European market

In October 2013, Damon signed a strategic cooperation agreement with HOKUSHO from Japan to jointly launch a series of advanced vertical conveyor products.

In 2012, Damon completed strategic restructuring of its business divisions and determined that conveying and sorting would be its core business. Damon started using its new logo.

In 2011, Damon Austria was established, and its factory in Melbourne was put into use. In October of the same year, the R&D of Damon's first generation of cross-belt sorter was completed.

In 2010, Damon Logistics Technology Research Institute was established, which license was granted by Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology.

In 2005, Damon obtained the first roller technology patent in the industry. Damon has so far provided clients with roller products amounting to more than 10 million.

In 2004, Damon Suzuki Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd., a Sino-Japanese joint venture, was established. The company focuses on manufacturing logistics parts, and integrates product R&D and professional manufacturing.

In 2003, Damon Shanghai R&D Center was officially established, marking Damon's entry into a new field in terms of product technology research and development, and becoming a milestone event in Damon's development history.

In 2002, a new factory was completed in Daixi Town, Huzhou. In the same year, Damon developed the first high-speed slider sorter in the industry, and cooperated with Shandong Hoteam Software Co., Ltd. to establish the PDM system, which was the first generation of product database.

In April 2001, Huzhou Damon Logistics System Engineering Co., Ltd. was established.

Our Story
In 1995, Mr. Zhuo Xu, founder of Damon, had the honor to meet Professor Wu Qingyi, who was the director of the Logistics Institute of University of Science and Technology Beijing. Under the recommendation of Professor Wu, Mr. Zhuo Xu and his delegation headed to Japan to visit the source of Asian logistics. The Japanese senior in the middle of the photo is Mr. Hirahara, the mentor of Professor Wu Qingyi when he was a visiting scholar in Tokyo. Addressed respectfully as the "father of logistics", Mr. Hirahara is the most authoritative industry expert in Asia. Mr. Hirahara translated physical distribution as "circulation of things", which is referred to as "logistics" for short, which further developed into the concept of logistics management that is widely accepted today. In the industry of logistics equipment in China, Mr. Zhuo Xu is the only entrepreneur who personally received teachings from Mr. Hirahara.
Mr. Zhuo Xu founded Damon in 1997, officially embarking on the road of logistics equipment innovation and becoming one of the few entrepreneurs in the industry of logistics equipment in China at the time.
