Q1:How to understand the concept of "quality vitality" in Damon intelligent logistics’ core three forces?
Quality is an inexhaustible driving force to ensure the sustainable and healthy development and growth of enterprise. As early as the establishment of Damon intelligent logistics division, we put forward the "quality vitality" as one of the core three forces of strategic construction, and the quality work has risen to an unprecedented height. Damon always regards quality as the lifeline of the enterprise, and requires every Damon employee to deepen the unremitting pursuit of quality and quality control into every day's daily work, so as to comprehensively improve the quality awareness of all staff, practice the quality commitment with action, and carry out the perfect quality through to the end and implement it in place.
Q2:From the perspective of quality management, how does Damon build quality vitality?
Based on the PDCA cycle logic of "planning-inspection-implementation-continuous improvement" in quality management, Damon has established a set of continuous improvement quality management system in combination with its own situation, through quality planning, quality control, system monitoring, quality Kankan board and continuous improvement, supplemented by digital platform tools, forms the entire quality work into a closed-loop management, strengthens Damon’s quality management capability.

In this process, for the defective products found, we adhere to the four principles: no delivery, no entry, no leaving factory, no going abroad. Do not transfer quality problems to other links, do not enter the project site, do not flow out of the factory, refuse to export overseas, and strive to continuously reduce the occurrence of quality problems, and comprehensively improve Damon’s quality management effect and management level.
Damon attaches great importance to the summary and inheritance of historical lessons, timely records and closed-loop manages every quality problem, and consolidates the accumulates quality experience, and finally forms Damon's unique knowledge assets, constantly helps and improves the quality control, quality standards and basic tool library construction in each business process, and continuously improves the work results of quality management.
Based on the data collected in the process, the Quality Comprehensive Kanban is generated in real time to help employees and managers at all levels to find bad quality costs and major quality problems in real time, transparent, collaborative and efficient processing, which will reduce the impact as much as possible, and timely respond to customer needs.
Q3:What highlights do you think are in Damon's quality management work?

Damon introduces QMS quality management system to plan the whole quality process, easily solves the original poor quality cost collection difficulties, quality problem disposal process is black-box closing and has no monitoring, quality feedback process is not clear, the basic problem library has not precipitated and other pain points, so that quality problems and bad costs can be tracked online in real time, the whole feedback process is more clear, transparent, and monitorable. at the same time, establishes an online knowledge base for all employees to continue to learn and grow, and constantly improve.
